Chad and his team are responsible for supporting Badger’s internal manufacturing processes, equipment and personnel, and most importantly supporting Badger’s Customers! He has over 18 years of experience in the electronics industry, specifically focused on surface mount technology and the manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies, box build and cable and wire harness assemblies.
He joined the company in February 2011. Before joining Badger Technologies, Inc., Chad was a Process Engineering Manager with another local Electronics Manufacturing Supplier. There his responsibilities involved, managing the Process Engineering department, supporting three manufacturing facilities each having unique process capabilities, developing, designing and maintaining production equipment and tooling, providing DFM support and direction to customers, managing and qualifying suppliers, and providing customer training and support from design concept through production builds.
Chad has a strong belief in providing the highest level of customer support and service possible. “I want our customers and potential customers to know our Engineering team is here to help at any point with your design, manufacturing development/support and defect analysis requirements or needs. We are here to act as an extension to your Engineering team and Organization. We realize the importance of helping our customers succeed, this is what drives Badger to provide such a high level of support to our customers!
